Michael Gerson, Washington Post columnist

Nationally syndicated columnist Michael Gerson died today, 17 November, at age 58. Mr. Gerson had been a speechwriter for George W. Bush, and had served as an occasional substitute for David Brooks on the PBS NewsHour.
