Michael Graham And "The Warden" Separated?

L

Laurence Glavin

Guest
According to the Wikipedia entry for WTKK's Michael Graham, he and his "wife" aka "The Warden" are separated. She has a website, www.jennifergraham.com, that includes a photo of her with her four children, but the papa is absent! She doesn't say outright that she and M.G. are separated, but she DOES indicate that she isn't happy about living in the Bay State ("through no fault of her own"). So here we have one guy on WTKK who constantly promotes himself as a an everyday family man who perhaps isn't...and another actually-married guy promoting himself as a Don Giovanni-style libertine, Jay Severin. The next thing we may find out is that the Curtis Sliwa show is NOT local!

I guess you missed this line:

"Graham and her husband, Michael -- an author and talk-show host -- have four young children and one noisy donkey."

Graham owns a DONKEY? Some irony there, I think. Wouldn't an elephant be more appropriate--and maybe less noisy?

The Metrowest Daily News, which has a policy of printing the address of anyone cited in an arrest story, lists his address as an apartment in Framingham, not a house. Where does he keep his donkey? At Ernie Boch's place?

When does he promote himself as the "everyday family man"?

When do they say Sliwa's show is local?

It's one thing to critique Graham's show on how bad it is (and indeed it is), but it crosses the line to go on about his personal life, especially when you have to make up stuff about him (like him claiming to be an everyday family man). Talk about his show, not whether or not he's divorced.

Whoops...I don't know how often he goes on about "his bride, THe Warden", but he has done so on occasions. After some holiday weekends, he'll talk about how his family from South Carolina will come to town, and there were cookouts and games, as if he lived in a spacious house in the suburbs. And some of the commercials he has voiced imply that he is a property owner. For example, he has claimed that he has used the services of roofers, painters, people who come and take away junk, etc. Apartment-dwellers usually don't need such services.

I agree that his personal life should be off limits, though I certainly can't blame the poor woman.

Graham needs one of those sheds that Severin pimps, 'cause he is a total tool.

When did he ever leave his private life off limits? He calls his wife The Warden, and often ridicules her. Cant blame her either.

God, yes! Every time I land on WTKK and he's on, that rat-a-tat, nasally, taunting, sarcastic delivery makes me literally scream while I change the channel. He's like a gnat. Is there anyone who likes to listen to this guy? He's so unreasonable and immature that there's no substance.

Oh, and the mindless speculation must cease that the big Daddy-sized empty spot in the family portrait, right next to the Mrs. and surrounded by the kiddos, used to have a picture of Daddy that was airbrushed out into black, which is a rather rare color for the background in family portraits.

It's just not right to speculate.

::)

A brilliant job of "airbrushing", that. Very observant.

The black backdrop is a drape that the family is sitting on and in front of, and its folds are visible in the "daddy-sized space" as well as everywhere else.

Are you a 9-11 Troofer?

He announced on his show a couple of weeks ago that they are divorcing. He didn't give any specific reason, just said that it was NOT because of adultery or similar reasons - they had been seeing a marriage counselor. Maybe "The Warden" didn't like living here...
