Michael Graham: War and Peace

I heard about the arrests yesterday during the Veteran's Day parade in Boston:

What I did not know is that Michael Graham, who was there, actually confronted the protesters:

As the AP story notes, the "Veterans for Peace" could be legally excluded from the parade. (I believe the Supreme Court precedent cited in the story was the 1995 unanimous ruling allowing the organizers of the South Boston St. Patrick's Day parade to exclude a gay-rights group on family-values grounds. The fact that the '95 ruling was unanimous is still surprising, considering the numerous 5-4 ideological splits on the court.)
