Freestuff:
That's very, very kind of you. I guess you can't really call it "air", because it's internet radio, but it was a lot of fun to do, Andy Olson was a delight to work with, and while I've done some radio along with TV fairly recently (with Danny Davis at Sunny 97, with Van Dyke at Eagle 96.9 and the four years at KTAR), this is the first time in 25 years (!) that it's been just me and some records.

Please send the scoped aircheck to Bishop. I hear there's an opening at KNYO.

Hey, Hans, it's the only frequency I didn't work while growing up there!

The Nurse and I wuz wonderin' if you'll be handling any of that post Joe Crummey assignment this week? Jim Sharpe was reporting news this am on KFYI, so they may be givin him a break. Call the Chick Boss and tell her you were only kiddin' about how good a job Tisa did after she left the building. Here's a surefire line..."well, it can't possibly be any worse than Scott Connor"!

What?..and leave the security of the Media Hut? Chick bosses & men in secret underwear come and go, but there'll always be a need for the Middle Eastern Men of the Media! Nurse Jeff and I are hunkered down here in Buckeye for the long haul.

Hah!

But I bet you didn't work 42.12 mHz (CHP Gold - Bishop dispatch).

Heard your promo on RFP today, you're sounding much better than greater Bishop ever deserved.
Edited by zumahans1 on 03/09/06 04:02 AM.

No, but mom let me on the Department of Fish & Game 2-way a couple of times during grade school summer vacations. Don't remember the freq...but I bet you know it by heart!

You're very kind, but Bishop's a terrific place that deserves really good radio.
