Michael Savage is back on KLIF 570 AM from 8pm-11pm

Michael Savage returns from 8pm -11pm Monday through Friday on KLIF 570 AM.

Savage will be on the Cumulus Media Network all across America with the new agreement announced October 17, 2012.

People are tired of Michael Savage ? ? ? He's the # 3 listened to talk show on radio. You must be thinking about some other talk show host...

For those that aren't already aware of it....

KLIF 570 AM is simulcast on 93.3 FM HD-2.

Savage's new call in number is:

1-855-400-7282

He's on 100 radio affiliates to begin with, and streaming on the internet.

The start time is actually 8:06pm.

The intro music is the same, but the person doing the intro is different I believe...

YEA, I noticed that too. It's a different voice talent... and very unfamiliar. Otherwise very good (except for the overlapping bumpers on KLIF!).

And I am surprised just how good KLIF sounds overall. Much, much better than it did pre-consolidation!

Amy and the morning news team sounds really great! A very refreshing change. CONGRATS to Tyler and staff.

Savage is now being broadcast on 93.3 HD 2.

What I don't know is if Savage is broadcast on 93.3-2 when 570 has pre-empted Savage with TCU BB games.

My solution so far, is to stream the show on my andriod using another Savage station ( I'm using the NY outlet WABC).

As for the new voiceover intro, I don't the voice or the delivery, I think they could do better on that.

BTW, as I thought when they decided to put Savage on 570, we get very frequent interference from impulse noise here some nights that makes Savage un-listenable. Different from nite to nite.

This is why I favored the 820 solution.

I find it refreshing. His ramblings about food, medicine, and other anecdotes are a welcome refrain when you've been hearing the same thing all day.
