In the third hour of "The Savage Nation", we often hear another guy on with Savage often parroting, in the background, what Savage just said. He sounds like a Board Operatorl. I don't hear him in the first 2 hours. Who is he?
 
The 3'd hour is mostly canned. Interviews recorded earlier, really corny and boring, many stations dropped the third hour including WOR in NYC WIND in Chicago etc. His producer Bay Wolf does the giggling there.
