Micro Trak 303 Tone Arm Cable

I recently bought a used vintage Micro Trak 303 tonearm and after I installed it there was hum on both channels but more so on the right channel.

Something along that length of wire causing the hum so I am thinking of gutting the cable which is sealed inside the wooden arm but I am having a hard time tracking down some fresh miniature four conductor braided, shielded cable to use.

Can anyone point me to a seller of something that might work?

Please don't tell me what crap this tonearm is or if I wasted my money.

Constructive replies only.

Thanks
