Microgen iLog software for TS9050

Dear members, I read in a thread that at least one of you has the software iLog from Microgen to work with the TS9050 Modulation and Spectrum Analyzer. I recently acquired such a unit but it came without the software and the seller did not know what he was selling. (ebay)
The member who mentioned he had the same Analyzer was Parasound. I hope he reads this.
I am hoping I can get a copy of that software so that I can start using this Analyzer.
I mainly will use it to analyze MPX spectrums of STL's.
Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance!
