I was out on 840 the other day when i106 started breaking up, so I decided to check out Cookeville's 106.9 and it was playing Country. Kicks Country to be exact. I guess that's why Gator posted a picture of him and Stykman on FB the other day. Apparently they're back together on a station to take on the Giant. I was wondering why 94.7 had a new morning crew. I'd expect they'll pull the best ratings 106.9's ever received. They'll also have Marty's "Live Ride."

On the Nashville side I've noticed a "New Country" battle between KDF and SIX. Both station jingles are now VERY annoying. Thank goodness for WSM-FM.
