Midwest leaving WBAY building for suburbs

Of course, the rookie reporter doesn't mention that
A) The new building is at WNFL's tower site (and I think it's WOZZ's translator station site as well)
B) Midwest's stations and WBAY used to be co-owned.

Someone correct me if I am wrong on this, but isn't that new studio site (and that WNFL tower) around the same area where WNFL had their studio before Midwest bought them a decade ago?

Absolutely right! (I used to live in an apartment building down the street).
