Might Larry Elder work in Boston?

Now that he's out of a job, I wonder if talk host Larry Elder would work out in Boston (yeah, like
anyone's hiring?) Elder just got the boot from KABC (cost-cutting most likely). He used to do a
nationally syndicated show and also tried out for the MSNBC morning show; described as a
"firebrand libertarian"--perhaps conservative on many issues but liberal/moderate on others. He is
one of the best known African-American talk hosts in the country and has written several books.
He'd probably catch on at another L.A. station but who knows?

I hope not !!! Boston dont need anymore trash on the radio dial .

I won't get into a political argument with you, but Mr. Elder isn't necessarily trash. Perhaps he espouses
a few different opinions than you do, but he is a distinguished legal mind and author with a whole bunch of
TV and radio to his credit. His newspaper column appears in such places as Investor's Business Daily,
World Net Daily, and Front Page magazine.

(see that page for a list of his many awards, TV appearances, et al)

He doesn't necessarily agree with such black leaders as Jesse Jackson or Maxine Waters, but because he
differs from them isn't reason enough to brand him "trash". You may do so, but I will differ.

This article says that Elder's "lucrative" contract was up for renewal but in this economy, Citadel
didn't want to spring for it.

>>the tone of the announcements suggested KABC wanted to keep Elder, but today’s business economics did not make that possible.
