Mike Culotta has passed away

I am hearing Craig Williams break down crying on KOMP about how Mike Culotta has died. This is very sad. He has co-hosted afternoons on KXPT and worked several years at sister station KOMP before that.

I met Mike a few different times back in the 80s. We would meet up at the bar next to the old Lotus studios on Decatur. He was a very nice guy and like me he could talk about radio for hours. He used to call me to get ratings too. I haven't talked to him in a long time but this news is very sad to me.

Wow....God Bless Mike, his family, and friends. RIP....
