Mike Disney & John Lynch out at Cox Miami

There is something more to this than meets the eye. Corporate is not talking. Some people think it has to do with some EEOC violations that were handed down last week by the FCC..Cox Miami was one of the stations mentioned in the report. Supposedly these positions are going to be filled though I think it is more likely the GSM position (Lynch) would be filled faster than the GM position (Disney), given they already have on GM (Jerry Rushin) in the building.

I used to work for Mike Disney. He's one of the good guys in this business. Land on your feet Dis!

Hey Mike Disney...people who live in glass houses should not throw stones...what goes around, comes around!

COX Radio GM's are given employment contracts...but are required to sign a market non-compete when they are terminated in return for receiving a severance package.
