Did anyone hear Mike "Da Bearss" Ditka butcher Take Me out to the Ballgame at Wrigley tonight (ESPN)? He almost sounded on key toward the end. Almost reminiscent of when the Padres
let Roseanne sing the National Anthem. Oh, she'll do fine
with it won't she...er...

Was it as bad as his 1998 rendition? Or Ozzy Osborne's, Jeff Gordon's, or Steve McMichael's?
 
I hadn't heard the other renditions so I don't know. But it was definitely
out of tune. I did hear him say before hand, "remember, it's un-American
to boo..." or something, as if to prepare us. He did get cheered by Da Cubbies
faithful at the end.

I guess we should be glad that Bono doesn't coach a football team, and Ditka
isn't going on a worldwide tour :)
