Hi, he like us is concerned that there is way too much syndication. He has picked upon
distortions and exaggerations by the syndicated neo cons. He like is is open minded, middle road politically no party just vote for the person and issues.
Many in his age group mid to late thirties are also concerned about what seems to be a provocation by some neo con syndicated hosts to go after Obama , in a physical manner if you get my drift. This is very disconcerting. One talk host on a local station, who is a moderate Republican, stated that what Rush is doing is vile.
I will also add that Obama has not helped his cause by who is is surrounded with vis a vis advising him. SO, in many instances he has brought distrust upon himself.
I am a product of the 60's, I was not a revolutionary, I did attend a Universtity in boston that was radical. My opinion then, I was against the War in vietman, but did not protest. Too busy working and studying. My point names are all too familiar around Obama.
Now getting back to our son, he would like more local talk programs. It is tiring the same pablum by the neo cons. Oh, speaking of Neo cons, I am in no way letting Chris Matthews off the hook, he has become just as vile and disgusting. No objectivity, tthat network seems to have fallen apart with the death of Tim Russert.

I can't find a talk show host on the dial who likes Obama. It seems that the radio is overrun by Republican wackos with an agenda. This doesn't even have anything to do with The Presidents job performance to date. Talk radio has been against Obama since day 1. The dial is full of Limbaugh clones. It's nauseating.

I did not favor a Fairness Doctrine, but, nor a Chris Mathews type of talk host . How about a Michale Smerconish type. Not too radical, not too liberal,middle of the road

Skynet... I agree with you about no talk hosts liking Obama. They are all goose stepping in sync with what they know will sell. Big business is threatened by Obama and they are the sponsors on the syndicated shows.
This creates the very false impression that many Americans do not like Obama which is not the case.
No one would believe any of the happenings in the "news" if I wrote it as a screen play and tried to sell it to Hollywood... oh I guess someone is taking care of that...
