Is Mike Carson, Shy Tyler and News-Man, Steve Coeco leaving thier gig to go to KRRV? I hear they're starting on the 1st. Can anyone confirm?

Rejoice CC Alexandria!
It's probably obvious that there will be an onslaught of job seekers, former CC employees and others banished by the stations over the years.

;D Rejoice, but beware! Even though CC may be the Walmart monster of radio, some of the smaller companies can be almost as bad. Rejoice! Celebrate! Hope that CC will be forced to let go of stations in other markets!
Also, CC Alexandria employees, be cautious what documents you are asked to sign!
Maybe someone from Alex. can give us an index of Alexandria personalities, what stations they are on, and lots of dirt. Whose going to try to get on what station--Who deserves to be on the air and who doesn't? Should make for interesting reading.

Basically all programs on 98.7 will be history as the LMA agreement is to elimate shows like Tesh, and Murphy, Sam, and Jodie with most other shows staying on the other stations.
Basically KKST is gutted and KDBS (1410 ESPN radio) is having Jim Rome and Tightlines being taken away

So, Mike & Shy going over there or not? ??? If KRRV is going to drop Big D and Bubba, the best move for them would be to take the hottest morning show in the market and stick them on thier 100,000 Watt stick. I keep hearing that is what's going to happen, but can ANYONE confirm for sure???

A lame-duck KRRV hung with them, with an out-of-town Big D & Bubba.

If I was Mike or Shy, why would I be posting a question asking if they were going to a different station? Wouldn't I already know?
Why do people like bayou Boy have to come on here and make things NOT FUN for EVERYONE. And, I saw the ratings and saw that KRRV wasn't even close to what KLAA did. KLAA did nothing but improve while KRRV fell across the board.

Then I'll choose to question ya. Why?
1. If you DID see the book (that just got released yesterday to subscribers) then you'd either have to be a former Clear Channel emloyee still over at their facility or somebody at ..... OPUS.. I doubt very seriously that anybody left of the CC regime would have much to say touting anybody on the air at KLAA.
2. Having seen the breakouts... KLAA and KRRV both had drops in key demos, across the board. Country had a mediocre (at best) book, so this talk of anybody "out-doing" anybody is misinformation. If anything, it's remniscent of one passenger climbing over another to escape the sinking Titanic.
