Mike Siegel is Back

According to the excellent Northwest Broadcasters site, run by Gord Lansdell. Mike Siegel will become the breakfast-time host on all business KKOL AM1300.
He notes Siegel`s earlier incarnations as a talk show host on KVI and KTTH, and his unsuccessful attempt to replace Art Bell on the widely-syndicated Coast to Coast AM overniter. He also was syndicated for a time by KRKO AM 1380 out of Everett.

Looking a little farther afield I found references to his affiliations with KING 1090, as well as KITZ Bremerton and KGTK Olympia.
Nothing ever seems to last very long.
Is it Siegel who gets easily tired of the status quo, or his broadcast bosses?

Siegel is one of the best IMO. I remember when he first came to Seattle in the 80's he brought with him his aggressive, caustic New York style...I believe he worked for atleast a couple big NYC talkers. What was interesting is he mellowed into a more Seattle style over the years. But I will always listen to him, he's a very good radio talk show host.
