MIKE WEBB MURDER SUSPECT ARRESTED

Wow I have to hand it to the Police they do an incedible job and to track this guy down so fast that is impressive. I often think given some of the past cases our police have dealt with in this area such as the Green River and Bundy cases they seem to have learned valuable information that has helped them solve many more of these crimes...

I ain't exactly Ben Matlock ... but I think they have an easier time when a crime is targeted to a specific victim (whether pre-meditated or a crime of opportunity). Wild card in Bundy/Ridgway cases is they weren't targeting victims by name or because they were specific person, but because they fit a very generic profile. If you take the "random" part out of the equation it's a bit easier to step through the person's life and identify who had connection, who had opportunity or motive, etc. I've heard some details about the suspect and won't be surprised if this ends up being premeditated. It appears he has history of targeting and befriending older men and then ripping them off in the end.

LBB, from this post and some others, sounds like we both worked with Webb during the same era. The news media is reporting facts about this case, while not surprising, are disturbing. Please feel free to PM me with your thoughts. Perhaps we worked with Webb at the same time...don't know who you are. If not comfortable with that, I understand.
But would like to reach out to some who knew him....unfortunately I could not make the memorial, due to geographic distance. But would like to hear more about it and share some more personal stories.
