My guess is that Alan Ashby will be the main guy. He's really gotten good at doing it. And, one of the TV guys, will move over to the radio side and do color. My guess would be Jim Deshaies, but he also does color work for Fox Network, so I don't know how that would work out.
______________

The guy at AAA Round Rock might get the call. I believe his name is Mike Capps (but don't quote me). He's been doing their games for several years.

My prediction is Alan Ashby will get the call (he already does part of the games now) and the color guy will be Larry Dierker.

Well of course Ashby will be there, he's the #2 guy now. And honestly, he does little color, mostly a PBP guy. The Astros staff is somewhat of a throwback with little color and only a two man booth. Many teams rotate sets of play-by-play and color commentators. I believe the Braves have like 30 guys. It will be interesting to see if they choose to keep the same basic staff or go more of a mainstream approach when Milo takes his much deserved leave.

The Rangers only have a two-man booth, but you're right, they rotate pbp and color duties (I don't understand why Victor Rojas was such an improvement over Vince Cotroneo, but I digress). I bet Ashby's being groomed for Milo's job, and this is Milo's way of helping the process along. But Milo's one of the finest PBP men in the business, and he'll be hard to replace, even on a part-time basis.
______________
