Mini-rant towards WJAR

Looks like WJAR finally has the ability to rebroadcast HD programming. I noticed that new Nancy Grace syndicated show at 12:30 was in HD today. Last time I saw it on WJAR it was not in HD.
 
Yeah, you're right. Also noticed Oprah being broadcast in HD too.

Do they still chime in with their stupid SD station ID though during NBC programming?
 
Nope, I checked, WJAR still interrupts the HD to show their 1980s looking station ID.

Makes me so happy WHDH HD is on our lineup here as well. You know, a TV station that has caught up and lives in the 21st century...
