Trying to help with a CP expire in Feb.What is the minimum ERP for this class A NCE licensed ERP is right at 1KW. Just need to get it on..thanks

How about more info on this station.
station call letters would help look up the old info and New CP info.
what is the Present antenna height. what is the new height.
what is the Old power level. we know the new level is 1 kw ERP.
what is the Old antenna. is the CP for Directional; or Non Directional.?
is it on an existing Tower site or do they need Permits for a New Tower site?

Neal

Generally, 100 watts at 200' AHAAT, but that doesn't help you much. You need to certify in the application for the license for cover that the station is operating as proposed for the CP.

Somehow, getting a kilowatt FM going would not seem to be a problem. Transmitters can be purchased on lease/purchase or a used box can be found. I have a class A using a 1974 Harris 2.5H I got for next to nothing, just needed 1100 watts into the base of the tower to get the original 1800 watts ERP....

You do have a tower up?
