I guess these are all Minneapolis stations? because if there are any St.Paul stations, wouldn't they have to begin their call letters with a "W"? (they are on the East side of the Mississippi)

The Mississippi River passes through both Minneapolis and St. Paul, so they are technically on both sides of the river. Therefore, the stations that are licensed to those cities can use either K or W as their prefix.

The only one I'm familiar with is WCCO (for a 'W') or if you want count WJM from the Mary Tyler Moore show (fictitious I know 😆)

It seems when the area is near the Mississippi river, the FCC gives some lead way.

KZJKs licensed to St, Louis Park, but before it was WXPT, and before KMJZ, KJJO, KFMX, KRSI. It's fun to look at the history of this little station.

Indeed! A seemingly cursed frequency, on which nothing stuck. (Although the move away from Hot Rockin' 104 was clearly someone calling shots based on their own preferences...not because it was "failing.")

Fun fact: first time I was "on the radio" was calling Request Radio KRSI. (If THAT counts as the beginning of my career, then I started in radio 50+ years ago!)
