Minor Program Change On KLBJ-FM 93.7 MHz Austin Tx

Dale Dudley of “Dudley & Bob with Matt” morning program (93.7 MHz KLBJ-FM Austin, TX) announced a slight programming change.

The show was originally live from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
Then, they were live from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM with the 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM hour pre-recorded segments from earlier that morning.

In a previous change they added 13 minutes (of the 60 minutes that they had previously taken away) back to their live program so that they were now live from 6:00 AM to 9:13 AM.

The new change (that is supposed to start in 2015 but I think they already started it yesterday) will now add 18 more minutes (of the 60 minutes that they had previously taken away) back to their live program so that they will now be live from 6:00 AM to 9:31 AM.

The 9:31 AM to 10:00 AM will be pre-recorded segments from earlier that morning.

They will still record the subscription-based, Internet-only podcast after their live show.

Their new program schedule should look like this:

5:00 AM – 6:00 AM
Pre-recorded (usually from the day before) partial segments of “Dudley & Bob with Matt” morning show called “The Worst of Dudley & Bob with Matt” morning show

6:00 AM – 9:31 AM
“Dudley & Bob with Matt” morning show (live)

9:31 AM – 10:00 AM
Pre-recorded, partial segments, from earlier that day of “Dudley & Bob with Matt” morning show

Thanks for the info, flyingdj -- and thanks for providing a post about Austin radio -- it's been a long, dry spell since anyone posted about developments in the Austin market.

I agree with you that it has been very quiet on the San Antonio/Austin forum, especially on the Austin side.
I don't know what it will take for people to start posting again.
I do not know of any other program changes on the stations that I listen to so I don't have anything else to report.
