Miserable Radio Stations/Pine Bluff

Anybody know the current status of the MRS Stations (Midserable Radio Stations) in Pine Bluff?

I assume they are are still off-air?

If so, is anybody willing to sign an affidavit stating that they tried to listen to KOTN, KCLA, KZYP and KPBQ and they were not on-air?

I'm putting some legal material together to use in my fight with Jerry Russell and would appreciate any help in ridding the broadcast industry of this scum bag.

I would love to get a hold of these stations BUT they are back on the air.
KPBQ and KOTN - doing Talk Radio
KZYP and KCLA - doing ESPN Radio

I guess they figure that they don't have to pay ASCAP, BMI and SESAC fees.
