Miss my favorite DJ's from KFRC (99.7)

I can't help it. When I think of the heyday of 99.7 KFRC (1993-2008?) I become sad. I listened to the station all the time. I miss the music and I miss the DJ's. JMF, Joe Ike, Dean Goss, Sylvia Chacon, Kim Diamond, Tom Benner, Karen Dee, JJ Stone, Candi Chamberlain, Tom Parker, Ron Parker, Bob Malik, Jack Friday, Jeff Dean (JD) to name some.

Those were good times in radio.

Mike

Not sure about the FM side but KFRC was BIG on AM back in the 60's. I don't recognize those DJ names so assuming they came after the AM to FM move. I traveled quite a bit to the Bay Area in the 80's and 90's but always listened to The Boss of the Bay - KYA (before it went Country - what a dumb move!).

The KFRC you remember ended in 2006, when 99.7 became Movin' 99.7 (but kept the KFRC call letters).
