#'s 1-2 you listed are missing in Albany NY too and are definitly needed already.
Here are the following formats that are (not really) missing in the Hudson Valley/Poughkeepsie area:1. Dance (most people I know just listen to KTU, probably cause they dont have a choice, many consider WSPK a dance leaning CHR.)2. Classic Dance (not a big enough market, it doesnt even work in the city)3. Classic Hits (eh)4. Urban AC (for who?)5. Spanish (agree here, but remember WALL failed, and 93.1 is Spanish by me)6. Variety Hits (Mix 97 and even WGNY are close enough?)7. Smooth Jazz (market?)8. Sports/Talk (WFAN!! come on

The HV ratings really havent changed all that drastically in quite a while. At least the HV has alternative and country, something the city still doesnt get.
