Missing Nielsen subscribers in San Diego

The list of stations in the June PPM release for San Diego is noticeably shorter. Missing are the Uniradio group of stations, as well as MVS.

Uniradio: XHFG, XHA, XHTY, and XEMO. All except XHA are targeted to listeners on the San Diego side of the border. Uniradio maintains studios and offices, including sales, in Chula Vista as well as Tijuana.

MVS: XHGLX, XHTIM, and XHCOL.

Wondering if anyone might know why...

What are those stations programming?
All are Spanish language. XEMO is the sole AM with music and the Spanish language flagship for the Padres. Their decline has been dramatic, down to a 0.1 last month, losing almost all their listeners. All of the stations mentioned in the OP are low performers as far as ratings. All were below a 2 share as recent as last month.

My feeling is that it's no longer worth the expense with declining ad revenue, and a small share of the market.
