For those of you that come straight to this section and don't read the "main" board, this post from the editor explains the missing posts.
I remember seeing a post on or about May 28th but it was not there the next time that I returned.
I don't remember the Subject of the post or the name of the person posting it.
So, if you posted something and it is gone, this could be the reason.

Dear Users,
Many of you have encountered various problems with the boards. These issues have been particularly pronounced in the last couple of weeks. As promised by our head of IT in the post at the link below, our tech team has been working hard to upgrade the site.

The first step of site improvements were implemented earlier today. We've moved the forums to a brand new server, so you should no longer see missing posts or content posted on the wrong board. Keep in mind that we've rolled back the forums to May 27, the latest date in which the forums were last stable. This means if you've created an account an account after that date, it will no longer appear in our archives. The same applies to any posts made after May 27.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience these problems have caused. We ask for your continued patience as we bring new board software online. New and exciting changes are coming and your feedback is crucial to improving the site.
