well after some searching found a new station here in palm beach..960 WSVU seaview 960. Good Music...theyve got it all..hearing that they will have a morning talent there soon...give them a listen...960 AM..took about 5 mins out my day to find this!

Hey! That sounds cool,i'll give it a try,i'm in Broward, and 940 super talk probably will drowned out it's signal, :p
But what the heck i'll ck it and see if it comes in! Thanks Bud!

tell me if you can hear it..good luck finding your new station!

:(
i tried it last nite and again this AM,I can't hear it!
I'm driving up towards Palm beach tommorow,i'll ck it in the car, what a bummer!
thanks anyway! :)

theyve got 1200 wats daytime and 250 at night..they sound great durring the daytime..at least..

What station are you talking about. The only 960 AM licensed in the state of Florida is in Lake City.
I doubt they have very many listerers in Palm Beach or Broward.

Earlier this month WPBI apparently changed its call letters to WSVU ('Seaview 960'). It's so new that it's not listed on many radio broadcasting information web sites yet. In fact it's so new that it's not even listed on the FCC's web site !

THE MAJOR

Has anyone been able to hear 960AM WSVU "Seaview 960"?

Nope !
Not at all!

Where are you located..the best time to hear 960 is during the day. Their transmitter is in North Palm Beach.

Yes I have heard it...it's based in North Palm Beach and it's a running satellite programming called "America's Best Music" and it runs CNN News at the top of the hour

what you think of it...as i said before i know a local talk show guy that might be coming over there for live morning host. Where are you..do you hear it well where u are?

WSVU 960AM "Seaview AM-960" we call it.
Will soon be WWW...meaning "world wide web" so hungry JNA refugees
will have a place to call home.

It is a brand new station, technologically on the cutting edge and
will soon engage in a massive publicity campaign.

Some local radio talk guy I hear is negotiating with them
to be the morning host. That's a perfect fit. A talk guy
who knows the neighborhood, can speak conscisely and effectively
in between the songs of nostalgia, traffic, news and weather will
be the way to lead a morning drive header to a syndicated
broadcast schedule.

It is an exciting time for Radio in the Palm Beaches.
I surely wish AM 960 the best. It will need every ounce
to make a difference on AM, but I think it will get there.

When digital AM arrives, "seaview" will be ready.

Hey.....keep looking for her.... she is roaming the
air waves from Boynton north to Stuart and west to the Glades
Out at sea too but at night...Palm Beach Gardens, North Palm Beach,
Juno Beach, Lake Park, Singer Island, some of Riviera Beach and West
Palm Beach can get it OK. Cars are best bets.

Like the classic movie, and the song by Bertie Higgens
" Here's lookin at you, Kid!"

The night Signal is kinda weak but the music and the news throught the day are better then WJNA.

im excited for this station to get a morning host..i found this station on the way to work one day going to 850AM and have been listening ever since..
