Mission Broadcasting Names Two VPs

Yes its not only the main Nexstar thats getting management changes as a result of the Tribune deal. As of today Mission Broadcasting a sidecar company that carries some of Nexstar's broadcasting contracts has management changes too.

Lance B. Carwile moves to the position of vice president and corporate program director for Mission’s group of 21 television stations. In this role, he will continue to oversee all of the programming functions for the company’s stations in 18 U.S. markets.


And Sharon K. Moser was named vice president and corporate controller. She will continue to oversee all of the accounting functions for Mission’s stations.

Carwile joined Mission in August of 2017; his television background covers more than 35 years of experience, including 20 years as a station program director. In addition, Carwile was a group program coordinator and regional program director for LIN Media, Media General and Nexstar Broadcasting.
