LA_Guy said:Uhm, this pirate station claims on their web site to be a "low powered FM"-then in the very next sentance that they: "can be heard from the coast of New Hampshire, all the way to Boston, Massachusetts". Also, some of the statements pisted here could be considered slanderous. I might also note that on THEIR website they have Mr. Johnson's full name, address, phone number and pictures of both him and his house.

This is a very dangerous thing to do-and the people involved could well be charged with a crime should anything happen to Mr. Jonhson.
The bottom line is this: These people are pirate broadcasters-running FAR MORE power then part 15 allows! If they want to do this, fine-but Mr. Johnson has the right to complain to the FCC about their illegal operation. The only thing I am judging them on is their behavior towards Mr. Johnson. If this truly speaks to their character-then they deserve what they get-and NONE of us should show them a single drop of sympathy!
I am tired of hearing it's a dangerous thing to do it's is just a radio station. It is the responsibility fo the FCC not Mr. Johnson. He reported it and that is the end of it. It is the FCC's job to enforce the law not Johnson. This guy has some kind of personal vendetta against this guy.
