Mistrial declared in Reese Hopkins' child rape case

article says:
>>Cohen said Hopkins should walk out of prison today and he plans to argue for his release

We'll see; I think Hopkins expressed disinterest in returning to radio should he win release. Again,
his lawyer is planning to argue for his release right now

He and Mark Parentue could do a show together. Use some R. Kelly as a music bed and have Laurance Taylor do the sports ::) This RKO would go for that?

The disinterest is mutual.

I liked him in NY and in Boston. But once you get the tag of child molester, you're like in public is over. Guilty or not. Plus with all this attention I bet he just wants to be left alone forever.

An possibly innocent man held in jail for multiple years isn't interesting?

A week from today, maybe.

>>Ayla contradicted everything the accuser said. The investigating detectives are witnesses for the defense and the DA’s witnesses are locked into their answers. I guess Ferrari doesn’t mind spending another $2.5 M to lose again. We sent letters to the judge today urging a dismissal. It was 11-1 to acquit on the main charge and nothing closer than 8-4 on the others.
