Mix 103 Change Formats? (WMXZ)

The other day, I turn on 103.1 and hear Country. (after the Tuesday storms) Did they change formats or was this an entirely different station all together. The signal comes here strong in Navarre (WMXZ)

They called themselves "the wolf" and I thought ohh great another wolf in this town. We already have 105.5
