CBS is planning to swap WWMX HD1 and HD2. The HD2 is a dance/CHR format "Baltimore's Party Station - Mix 2"
Due to low ratings on WWMX 106.5, and the success of CBS owned CHR stations in other markets, it's logical that they try to duplicate that success in Baltimore.
Mix 2 will be known as 106.5 Now FM, and what's currently known as Mix 106.5 will simply be moved to the HD2. CBS will be hiring a new airstaff for 106.5 Now, but it will retain the current airstaff of Mix 106.5, they will broadcast live shows on the HD2. It will be the first HD2 in the country to have live and local programming without an analog translator, I really find that hard to believe.
I hope they keep the dance music that 106.5-HD2 currently plays.
