Mix 92.9 Going "All Christmas" on Thanksgiving

I heard a spot on Mix 92.9 this morning saying they were going "All Holiday" music on Thanksgiving Day. They also refered to themselves as "Your Home for Christmas Music" this holiday season. The problem is the spot didn't say if Mix 92.9 was going "All Christmas" music just for Thanksgiving Day, as they have in the past, then back to regular programming with Holiday music mixed in until Christmas or if they were going to be continuous Christmas Music until December 26. Has anyone else heard this spot? If so, what's your take on it?
Edited by jwk1979 on 11/22/05 02:09 PM.

Betting man say Turkey day only. Then leftovers till Christmas.

I did hear several times over the weekend, especially on Brian Mason's Sunday morning show, that Mix 92.9 is "Your home for Continious Holiday Music" through Christmas. I have a couple of questions about this move. First, why did they make the move to All Christmas this year, when they have NEVER done this before? Second, how can they go an entire month without playing "Escape (the Pina Colada Song)"- Rupert Holmes, "This Very Moment"- Billy Vera, "Baker Street"- Gerry Rafferty and "Flashdance"-Irene Cara, at least once a day?

LOL They can't. As we speak, they're busy dubbing sleigh-bells into the background of the Pina Colada Song. Can't live without my daily Rupert fix!
