Mix 96.1 trying to go old school?

I heard Silk's "Let Me Lick You Up and Down" as I was scanning through stations today on 96.1. That song is from the early 90s. Are they trying to compete with the beat and their occasional "old school" songs? I'm sorry, but neither stations, nor 94.1, know old school, at least the corporate [EDIT] who program the music. If you saw some of my playlists, you would say "Damnnnnnnnnnnnnn, that's OLD school." you won't find "I will Survive" or "Staying Alive" on there.

Mix has been playing old school for atleast a year maybe longer. In fact, every weekday at 5pm. they play an old school tune.

94.1 doesn't have a clue what old school is. Hopefully, when 102.7 gets bought, we get a station similar to Movin 93.9 in L.A. They play a very good selection of real Old School- Freestyle, Hip Hop, R&B, and Dance...just like the old KTFM.

I don't see anything wrong with 94.1, you guys are lucky, I wish a station like 94.1 is over here where i am at
 
I like 94.1 they got a great morrning show, pretty decent station all the way around. I think Mix 96.1 though is probably the best station right now, I like them more than the beat. Now if you need a real station to talk about there is Z.

You like 94.1 because your not from here. The stations sounds good for a couple of days but after while they sound like a Top 40 station. They play the same songs over and over like they just released it.
