Mix off the Air

What was the deal with Mix 102.5 being off the air for quite awhile, starting around midnight (Tuesday into Wednesday)?
Isn't the FCC-mandated "warm body" in the building paying attention to these things?
And how about the time 2 or 3 weeks ago when they carried some weird "Delilah" feed for awhile?
Are disgruntled CC cronies sabotaging the controls before Ed takes over?

There is NO mandate from the FCC requiring a live body in the office/studios after business hours, yet. They want to pass a rule requiring stations be staffed 24 hrs a day 7 days a week, partly due to EAS issues.. but that hasnt happened yet.
