Mixer board fader question

Does anyone know if there is a source for the small Allen Bradley plastic faders that some of the lesser priced mixer boards used? I am need of six 10K stereo faders with cue switches. The mixer I am rebuilding is too small to have a step attenuator retro-fit.

I believe the last ones I got came from Harris. It's easy to get ganged 10K audio A&B pots, Newark usually has them. The switch makes it a special, and they want to sell you 50 or so of them. I'd probably use the stock items and add a little toggle sqwitch for the cue.
