MIXING PRODUCT ON 102.5 ?

I was in the Dallas area today Addison/Richardson area) and at about 10am I noticed two stations mixing or something on 102.5 FM. I think that was the freq. Two stations were transmitting in foreign languages, one may have been Spanish. I heard it all of the way near I-20/I-45. Has anyone else noticed this?

What a mess but I can tell you the two I'm currently hearing "in the mix":

1) Spanish Religious KTNO 1440 AM:
FM translator -> http://radio-locator.com/info/K273BJ-FX

2) English Gospel KGGR 1040 AM:
can't find a translator for this but they advertise 102.5 on their website...

The signal is weak here in Carrollton so all I have is mono. I wonder if they have the programs separated per L-R channel in stereo?

Mortenson's KGGR 1040 used to relay on K273BJ 102.5, but they spun off KTNO 1440 and K273BJ to Salem. Salem changed K273BJ to relay the Spanish religious format of KTNO with the sale.

The audio on 102.5 doesn't sound good...it sounds like it picks up KTNO off a car radio to relay.
