MJ Could Face Felony Charges For Turkey-Gate

A Tampa fire marshal suggests that "criminal felony charges" should be filed against MJ over that turkey-frying stunt that got out of hand late last year.

A Clear Channel spokesman says the company will not comment, but on the day of incident, a staff member knew he might be in trouble. He can be heard on an aircheck asking M.J. -- whose wife was a former Hillsborough Assistant State Attorney -- if he could be charged with arson. M.J. replied he didn't know.

Interestingly, a Washington, DC media website recently reported that Kane, who currently does his morning show out of Washington, would move to Tampa and start doing his show from the studios of WFLZ later this year. Boy, what timing!
 
I wonder who specifically would be charged. This was a stunt done on a morning show for a radio station, so several employees/managers are involved. You could argue that it should be MJ since his name is on the show, Fester since he actually did the deed, or someone in management like Tommy Chuck for allowing it to happen.

Also, do you have the link to that DC media site about Kane?
 
Will Mrs.Carlson also face charges as she owns the place?

Someone who has greater recall of the situation can correct me, but if I recall correctly, when Ober's office filed felony charges in the pig-killing incident a few years back it was against the hunter who killed the pig, a listener who was holding the pig down, Brent Hatley who (I believe) was outside with the hunter, and Bubba, who was inside the building.

By such standards, that would mean charges should be filed against the employees involved outside as well as MJ.
 
you may think this is a joke with all the wkrp lines.....but i heard fire marshal bill was on hand...and the fire was in living color.....

M.J. will be replaced by Dr. Johnny Fever while he does his community service cleaning the loading dock at Kroger's.
 
Has he made any new shows recently? There's no new podcast and I believe they're airing repeats.
 
Schnitt Show seems to be airing new episodes, but his MJ Morning Show is on repeat.
