Mnet hapa tv showing old programs

I just happen to be surfing Comcast tonight and in the foreign language area I saw the guide for old shows. Route 66, Lone Ranger, Ozzie and Harriet, Roy Rogers, Red Skelton and many more. I thought this was an Asian language channel, commercials in English, don't get me wrong as a kid in the 60s this is great, but what is this all about. The tv guide says Mnet but the logo on the right side says hapa..

Mnet got moved to their international package, so that's why it's showing different programming now.
