mobile FM and deliaha (off topic)

Just a question about the two soft rocks and deliaha. (94.1 and 99.9) they are airing the same thing (about 30 seconds behind) but I can pick up 98.5 (on skip) out of panama city and that also airs deliaha,

why is the 98.5 version of del different then 99.9 and 94.1? Is there an east coast feed of her?
