I know a licensed broadcaster who had dabbled with one of their units on an experimental basis. None of transmitters are Part 15 certified and, according to their web site, have output powers of 200 milliwatts all the way up to 5 watts. None would be usable for any legal Part 15 use without a great deal of attenuation.
