Modern Rock 98.7

This station has to have one of the widest playlists in the state for a comercial rock station, and I have to say the selection is wonderful. I thought a lot of this stuff couldn't be found much on the radio, but they're really starting to prove me wrong. I've heard everything from Mumford & Sons, Adele, Decemberists, Cage The Elephant, Tonic, Dave Matthews, The Clash, Filter, Coldplay, Black Keys, Atomic Tom, Foster the People, and much, much more. Looks like they also have a good local staff as well, and they have an hour of local music four nights a week. Very impressed.

They were coming in in Fayetteville better than they have in a long time the other day. Now that I think about it, I haven't heard them since they changed format. I thought it was 987 Simon the first time, but then they gave a 910 phone number out and they were playing more rock.
The couple hours I scanned by them they were sounding pretty good, even though I don't know most of those bands. Maybe I'd learn them if there was more tropo ducting or whatever that was that day. :)
