I just heard from Cal Purviance, who is heading up the Modesto Radio Museum project. They do now have a website up at http://www.modestoradiomuseum.org. The website was put together by Bob Pinheiro, and already has some interesting photos and other tidbits on it.
Mr. Purviance says that the Pappas organization is focused on getting KTRB/860 moved to the Bay Area and getting the replacement station, KPMP/840, on the air over the next few months, after which more time and energy will be devoted to the museum project.
He also noted the museum foundation meets at the KTRB studios on Norwegian Ave. in Modesto the first Wednesday of every month at 1 p.m. I'm not sure if it's open to the public, but you may contact them through the website.
