MOJO 100.3 I'm Shocked!!!

I heard them play the Bee Gees - Stayin' Alive around 11:20pm tonight (Saturday, October 28, 2006). This song I thought I would never hear again on MOJO.

Wow! Everytime I listen they are playing slow urban artists like Anita Baker. Maybe they are reacting to the Party Mix weekend on Mix 94.1

Or maybe they are reacting to the poor reception of the NEW Mojo. Here's an idea....play what people want to hear and, tada, you maintain an audience and ratings. DUH! Blow away a top5 station makes zero sense. That would be like changing WLW's schedule to all agriculture talk. (Then again, I do remember Ziggy's Piggies)

Since when does anything that Radio One Cincinnati does make sense? They didn't even make an attempt at retaining listeners.

It's an entirely diffrent target audience than the 94.9 version of Mojo. The target is African American females, unlike the old version, which was targeted to Caucasian females.

You heard the song in the only manner you will likely ever hear it on the new mojo....in the mix.
