Mojo & The Traffic Chick

I love the traffic updates on Free FM. The traffic chick is always good for some broken bones but now with the addition of the Mojo its great!! Love It
 
I'm glad Joe Corrao landed on his feet with a new job @ Free FM. Even though Deputy Dan took the majority of the traffic credit at KT'R, the Mojo was always solid during the day and fill-ins. While I like expanded traffic (and weather together) I think TMISU could have kept Corrao on the payroll.
 
Way to go Mojo, I just got the news.
I'd be happy to give you live "eye-witness" traffic news if you'll have them. 8)

I would have to say that bringing Mojo on FreeFM has been a very wise decision. He has always been on top of his game and has the talent to bring life (finally) to the traffic reports. I really dont like hearing the words "broken bones" everytime from other traffic reporters! I'd rather hear to the point reporting mixed with style only the Mojo can do!

Congrats Mojo and FreeFM for coming together as you wont be disappointed.

i find the traffic chick really annoying. she also does weekends and everytime she speaks, she sounds like she's missing a tooth. overdoes the "S's" which is not sexy.
 
I completely agree. The traffic chick is horrible.  Besides the fact that she can barely speak and she has a lisp, she does not fit the Tom Leykis fan base.  If they need a chick at all, they need one with an edgier voice.  Don't know what the PD is thinking. 
 
Give the Traffic Chick a break I think her and Mojo are both a breath of fresh air. I really like the quirky traffic. and its nice to hear something other then Metro on the air.
 
I think the traffic chick is good. But what I don't like are those pesky "PK" files. Anyone know whats the deal? Do you think that's what causes those transmiter problems?

I noticed that the traffic info from Metro has only been inaccurate for the past few months. I understand that their main producer left her gig. Seems to me that they should have done what it took to keep her there. Now they are lame ducks along with other traffic outlets. Even DD on K'TR can't save Metro...even though they work for him now.
 
Nurse Jeff and I want us to stay focused here. I mean what is going on with those crazy PK files? Who has some broadcasting expertise? I mean it just really is bringing down the trasmitter at Free. I don't understand...I don't get the transmitter broadcasting during the Big O and Dukes show.

Nurse Jeff and I discussed this over lunch.
 
sounds like you just won the "geek question of the year" award! And how would anybody know if traffic updates were inacurrate? do you drive to each location to check?! the traffic chick is lame...period.
 
Yes, I do go to each location to check all of the transmitters and PK files. Radio-info is my life. I am so proud to be the winner of the "geek question of the year." I would like to thank everyone for the honor.

I disagree with your remark...I like the Traffic Chick, and if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say it at all unless it's about PK files.
