Molly Sugden passes away

Sad...loved her. The AYBS cast are from that era and at that age where they're all starting to leave us, one by one. :(

I saw her on a PBS pledge drive once, talking about her grandkids and their reactions when they first saw "Granny Molly" on the telly, cutting up in AYBS. And I thought, as a kid it would probably be pretty cool to have Ms. Sugden for a granny -- I bet she was a lot of fun.
 
By all accounts, she was a wonderful and very classy lady. And, I just loved her in AYBS and in anything else where I was lucky enough to see her. Such a talented actress.

She will be missed - my condolences to her family.
