MOMENT OF SILENCE TODAY

There will be a moment of silence this morning at 9:30am.

Any of you remember, back around 1985, when the song "We Are The World" came oot? Every Radio station in the country played that song?

My idea?

This should be done right after the (Moment of Silence)

I think every radio station should play that song?

Your thoughts?

most of the stations I checked had the extended moment of silence with the bells, except for the Sports Hub. They had under a minute of silence and went straight to commercials.

Magic went straight back to Music
It would've been nice to hear all stations do the same

I was listening to the Sports Hub online and didn't catch what was going on. T&R were in the middle of an interview and abruptly asked the guest to stay on the line. I thought it was odd because it was five or so minutes early. I think the internet stream went to commercial. There was definitely no mention of why. I feel bad that I didn't know what was going on.
