There's four shows. You forgot Michael Baidson with ABC Radio Network (He originate from KISS 98.7 New York City

What I have heard so far - Doug and De De, way too much talking for my tastes on the Baisden show.

Here is the sad thing, numerous Radio One Urban AC stations are going to lose their local afternoon hosts with the debut of the Monique show this week. This includes the Jeff Harrison show on KMJQ Houston. I would much rather listen to Jeff Harrison play music then another syndicated show on KMJQ, so far KMJQ had mostly resisted the trend toward syndication with the exception of Tom Joyner which they have had on for years. This is unfortunate, I don't care how good Monique turns out to be.

The Michael Baisden Show
Im 25, but I love his show. He seems to have the old school crowd on lock. Here in ATL, people love his show even though the signal its on is limited.

The Ride with Doug and Dee Dee
I loved the morning show when it was on, but not to sure how he'll do in afternoons. His original morning audience was Urban Hip-Hop, so the Urban AC listeners may not know him.

Wendy Williams
I know she is a HOT MESS, but gossip and chit chat during drive time works in some markets. However, I hope no Urban AC stations syndicate her 'cause she is truely Hip-Hop.

The Mo'Nique Show
Im sure she will run her mouth as usual, but hey it will work is some cities. She may do well considering the amount of talent she has. I don't know if she'll have a co-host or a regular guest alongside. Any non Radio One stations syndicate her?
